Patrick Bobinger is a fun-loving guy from Gulfport, MS. My family is extremely important to me. I am a huge sports fan (especially football, baseball, basketball) and physical fitness. I enjoy pushing my clients to be their best by setting an example in my own personal fitness. I practice what I preach, and I expect my clients to follow suit. I’m here to educate, motivate, innovate and appreciate. I would also like to extend my thanks to all the people who’ve help me get here. I believe all of life’s challenges are opportunities for growth. My mission – to inspire others to change their lives though physical fitness. Health and well being are at the foundation of everything we do. It takes personal integrity, discipline and dedication to stick with a healthy lifestyle. I believe there are absolutely no limits but the ones we place on ourselves. Reaching our fitness goals affects all areas of our lives. Movement is change. Change is life. Movement changes life.

Philip Medina began a career in fitness during the summer of 1991 as assistant to the Director of Fitness for the City of Gulfport. In 1993, Gold’s gym asked him to teach fitness classes. Two years later, he accepted the position of General Manager. After securing his first certification through the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in 1996, Philip began training clients as an Certified Personal Trainer. Subsequent certifications with International Fitness Professionals of America, and National Exercise Trainers Association were helpful in maintaining a fitness knowledge base.

With over 20 years of experience, Philip Medina has trained clients with a wide variety of fitness goals, from weight management to special needs (stroke patients, heart patients, accident victims, and clients confined to wheelchairs). Each client receives a personalized fitness program specifically designed for their individual health and fitness needs. No two programs are identical, as each client is unique. This is the very definition of Personal Training.
